Prof. Dr. Ali Övgün Promoted to Professor at the age of 38

 Dear Members of the Physics and Chemistry Departments,

It is with great pleasure and pride that I would like to share with you that Prof. Dr. Ali Övgün, one of the faculty members of our Physics Department, has received the title of Professor at the age of 38.

We sincerely congratulate him on this significant milestone in his academic career and express our gratitude for his scientific research, academic contributions, and the immense value he brings to our department.
